Shoppers are reeling from a bizarre trail of outlandish ensembles carefully arranged on racks at Goodwill. “Employees hang up clothes by category. This seemingly random, yet deliberate styling has left Goodwill employees and shoppers scratching their heads. “It’s as if someone intentionally set out to create ensembles that oversaturate the senses,” commented one shopper, with a shudder.
