One of the issues in the Writers Strike, now ended, was the use of AI. Drew Barrymore decided to resume production of her talk show before the end of the Writer’s Strike. “I stand by my decision, “ was how she initially justified her crossing the picket line. And then she was called out as the scab and got a lot bad publicity. She announced that she was stopping production and she was sincerely sorry for anyone she hurt and to any writers she might have offended. The strike ended, and Drew Barrymore went back to producing her show. Three of her staff writers chose not to comeback
