Guerilla Stylist or suburban copy cat?

Too much of the wrong colors combined.

“Contrasting color combinations are one thing, but bright tomato orange with spring green? Said Betsy Patterson, a long-time associate at J.Jill and former chairwoman of the Pastel Committee, wearing a knee-length navy A-line skirt, a buttoned-up white blouse with a delicate pearl necklace, and classic black ballet flats. “ I believe in each to his own but this goes way too far. It is in fact, the opposite of the subtle, non-confrontational suburban chic J.Jill stands is known for.

While authorities haven’t ruled out corporate sabotage, at this time they are treating these events as the amateur, if not disgruntled J. Jill employee. One thing is certain, the anonymous stylists unconventional color combinations have left J. Jill shoppers shaken, and left sales associates at wit’s end. “J. Jill is a nice store. We don’t believe in making statements, fashion or otherwise.” Betsy Patterson fumed. “ Why can’t everyone just blend in?”
